this image was created in photoshop, inspired by diablo 3 i wanted to create a concept for it.
Story goes that this guy is like a prison guard where he captures the souls of his victims and puts them in his "bone cage belly" he uses souls to keep himself alive so hes constantly collecting..
Hes pretty much like a walking jail cell.
